Clayhouse wines express the pinnacle of Paso Robles style: Ripe fruit character expressed with a consistent sense of elegance and poise.

Clayhouse wine and styles are essentially inspired by the estate Red Cedar Vineyard, where the varied terrain, elevations, slopes and microclimates have been carefully established as distinctive individual varietal and clonal selection blocks.

The winery is named for an historic adobe … a clay house … on the vineyard property.

Estate Series

Estate series wines are selected from the best estate vineyard blocks at Red Cedar:

  • Estate Cuvee (Rhone red varietal blend)
  • Estate Cuvee Blanc (Rhone white varietal blend)
  • Hillside Cuvee (Bordeaux varietal blend)
  • Petite Sirah (old vine block)
  • Tempranillo
  • Malbec

Vineyard Series

Vineyard series wines are blended for vintage to vintage consistency from throughout Red Cedar, and occasionally from other Paso Robles vineyard fruit:

  • Sauvignon Blanc
  • Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Malbec
  • Syrah
